As the Credit Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Credit Manager to implement credit policies and procedures, ensuring timely payments from customers, addressing customer inquiries, resolving credit-related issues, and generating reports on credit and collections activities.
This role places a strong emphasis on customer service, involving direct interaction with customers, as well as collaboration with our sales and operations teams.
Your responsibilities will include hands-on tasks such as managing the collection of customer accounts and assisting accounts receivable.
We are seeking a friendly professional who excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in credit/collections, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
