The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for functions related to loan servicing which may include taxes, insurance, loan maintenance, and borrower inquiries for commercial and residential loan portfolios.
Applicants with current or prior ICE (formerly Black Knight) MSP experience is a PLUS!.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, and be highly organized, detail oriented and able to work independently.
Job Duties:
Answer incoming customer inquiries Record customer information within our customer service database Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Assist with front desk coverage (rotating schedule) Serve as primary contact for internal and external customer's mortgage questions.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers concerning escrow questions on mortgages.
File and scan mortgage documents.
Perform escrow related functions, including but not limited to payment of insurance premiums, taxes, PMI, and escrow analysis.
Participate in the review of department staff work using the dual control model to reduce risk of errors and fraud.
Stay current in knowledge of software, company products, rates and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain compliance with and adhere to all state and federal regulations and bank policies and procedures, including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, FACT ACT, Community Reinvestment Act, and EEO/AA/Fair Employment Practices.
