This position provides first call resolution to meet credit union member needs involving transactions, account inquiries, credit and debit card assistance and all aspects of digital banking.
The successful candidate will meet member needs by completing requested transactions and/or providing information requested.
The candidate we select will develop a thorough knowledge of products, services and systems, and is able to support all member needs utilizing multiple delivery channels.
We are seeking someone with excellent member service skills and experience in a call center is desired.
Service excellence is the highest priority of the position.
Rotating Saturday hours from 8:
00 AM -2:
00 PM are required.
This position may be considered for remote work provided the candidate meets all remote work requirements.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
