We are offering a part time position that will join our experienced team with processing payroll and providing daily bank reconciliations and assisting management with cash-flow analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and reconcile bank activity on a daily basis for multiple bank accounts - Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data - Assist with biweekly payroll processing and onboarding in UKG - Provide financial analysis and reporting to management as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate accounting or public accounting - Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles - Proficiency in using accounting software, such as PeopleSoft or similar systems - Experience with cash flow analysis and financial auditing - Ability to perform account reconciliations and understand debits and credits Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information - Solid understanding of financial acumen and ability to make sound business decisions based on financial data - Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information to stakeholders We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
