Summary:
The Direct Support Professional is responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
This includes assisting with daily living skills, promoting independence, and facilitating participation in community activities.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Encourage and support the development of independent living skills Facilitate community involvement and participation in leisure and recreational activities Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping Communicate effectively with individuals served, families, and team members Administer medications
Qualifications:
