Wednesday & Thursday TURNOVER CLEANINGS (Hours will vary) Cleaning and restocking supplies for Airbnb Cottages (Hampden, ME) and an Airbnb Townhouse (Bangor, ME) after guests checkout.
Number of cottages/townhouse will always be sent to you the day prior to cleaning so you can plan accordingly Number of cottages per day:
0-4, Time frame to clean:
anytime between 11AM-2:
45PM (option to clean early if guests checkout early) Supplies on site Pay rate:
$25 per cottage, each cottage takes approximatley 1 hour to clean.
Number of townhouses per day:
0-1, Time frame to clean:
anytime between 10AM-3:
45PM (option to clean early if guests checkout early) Supplies on site Pay rate:
$60 per townhouse, this will take approximately 2.
5-3 hours to clean.
Responsibilities:
-Clean and sanitize designated areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
-Vacuum and mop floors.
-Empty trash and replace liners.
-Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
-Restock supplies in bathrooms and other areas as needed (Let supervisor know when supplies are getting low) -Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols.
-Must have reliable transportation.
Driver's License Required.
SKILLS:
-Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning.
-Time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
-Ability to work independently.
-Professional cleaning experience preferred.
-Strong communication skills to interact with supervisor regarding when each cottage/townhouse is finished, if supplies are needed, etc.
