Inside Sales Representative - HVAC/Refrigeration
Wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative for its Hampden, ME, location.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity! Candidates to be considered will have strong background in HVAC / Refrigeration sales, and customer service focused.
Key
Responsibilities:
Utilize technical expertise in servicing customers.
Attain specialty material through purchase orders.
Consult on technical aspects of products to customers daily.
Effectively handle customer service issues and troubleshoot technical inquiries over the phone.
Process and maintain customer orders.
Produce bids for customer approval.
Create transfers between various locations.
Schedule and manage customer deliveries.
Qualifications:
Prior HVAC/R sales experience preferred.
Our client will also consider candidates with technical knowledge with a consultative background in troubleshooting, best options for service, parts, or repairs will also be highly considered.
Aptitude to work through multifaceted issues.
Ability to tackle technical issues.
Customer service focus and quality orientation.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, internet, e-mail, and web browsers.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Salary:
$55,000-$65,000 DOE Location/Schedule:
Hampden, ME Monday-Friday 7:
00 AM -5:
00 PM (1-hour lunch) This is an in-house M-F role.
