The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide superior customer service to borrowers, monitoring department email in box, and process discharges.
Candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience on the phone in a customer service environment, and has demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment.
The position will require someone with the ability to multitask and shift job functions regularly throughout the day.
This position is onsite at our Hampden office.

Answer incoming customer inquiries Record customer information within our customer service database Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Monitoring department email in box Assist with front desk coverage (rotating schedule) Process discharges/ terminate UCCs Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
