Any experience in processing personal injury claims, real estate closings, preparing wills and filing probate preferred.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Enjoy working with the public and addressing their needs in a pleasant and professional manner Preparing settlement statements for real estate closings Drafting legal documents including deeds and wills for attorney review Clerical accuracy and attention to detail Reliability Data entry and computer skills Assisting attorney with all aspects of case(s) Tracking and managing attorney calendars and deadlines Communicating with clients and real estate professionals Scanning, filing, and copying Answering phones Please note if you have any experience using MyCase software, Word, Excel & Outlook, electronic filing, real estate software.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
